We are supplying here the Desolventiser Toaster that is a vertically oriented cylinder with multiple trays that are steam, hot water or oil heated. The DT employs indirect heat transfer to desolventize ethanol, hexane or other solvent-wet products and completing the toasting operation on a low-cost basis. The material obtained from the extractor has tendency to retain the solvent, and this solvent has to be recovered. The basic principle involved in Toaster is direct and indirect heating to remove all the residual solvent from the material.
